1. Windows 10 Change To Administrator

I wonder what we are suppose to do. Keep waiting for an answer but no one will reply. I can't make any changes to my documents nor can I save any new documents. I am about ready to go back to my windows 7. Someone please help me!'

' This file is read only' when I try to save changes to existing documents; and. ' You do not have permission to save in this location.

Contact the administrator to obtain permission' when I try to save new or changes to files.I tried to restore Windows 7 with no success (there is no System Restore point shown prior to the date of upgrade to 10)Can anyone at Microsoft Support help on these issues? I have the same problem, my husband set up my computer for me, but all under his account. Every time one of us makes a change it hits both computers. Still trying to figure out how to save all my files and settings while changing administrators.I'm going to try creating a new user account, but Microsoft should make this easier.
