Hello my games keep crashing with an error message ofFatal error: File:JenkinsworkspaceDBDBorealUnrealEngineEngineSourceRuntimeWindowsD3D11RHIPrivateD3D11Util.cpp Line: 227Result failedat D:JenkinsworkspaceDBDBorealUnrealEngineEngineSourceRuntimeWindowsD3D11RHIPrivateD3D11Viewport.cpp:284with error DXGIERRORDEVICEREMOVED DXGIERRORDEVICEHUNGive tried looking for help before but none of it worked. Ive tested hard drive and the ram its nothing to do with them sometimes it says D3D DEVICE LOST. I really dont know what to do i took it to a computer shop and they cleared the windows because it was corrupted but that didnt do anything, and they did something with the bios but still nothing happened, the graphics cards in great condition as its only half a year old and theres no way i could just buy a new computer so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Okay so before i played that game i changed my fps cap in my radeon settings from uncapped to 60fps and i just got through a full 20 minute game of friday the 13th which i never had done previously could this of been the issue??If that help, could be overheating. What the temps during games?a no i found it on wattman its running at 73C Whilst im playing a game right nowThat temp is ok.

What about power usage? What is the make and model of the psu?i put the psu in the specs above it is a PSU:EVGA 100-W1-0500-K3 - 500W 80 Plus Power Supply (100-W1-0500-K3). Unreal Engine Is Exiting Due To D3d Device Being Lost Dead By Daylight

Hi everyone!!Even you guys have the same problem?? It appeaers randomly. Here my error log, and the code error is about always the same0x887A00073UE4CC-Windows-6CF9F84A4BB5D44A12F7F18DCC1F7EDD00004876falsefalsefalsefalsetrueAssert1128UE4-TekkenGameTekkenGame-Win64-ShippingShippingWindowsNoEditorWindowsGame4.13.2-0+UE49itITtrueC:/Games/TEKKEN 7/TekkenGame/Binaries/Win64/C:/Games/TEKKEN 7/C4565B980FE6LowLevelFatalError File:c:perforcetk7depot3developue4EngineSourceRuntimeWindowsD3D11RHIPrivateD3D11Util.cpp Line: 177 &nl;Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost. (Error: 0x887A0007 - 'RESET')&nl;0441AuthenticAMDAMD Phenom(tm) II X4 965 ProcessorNVIDIA GeForce GTX 760Windows 00010. Some news to report, it seems official (i think for some type of nvidia, maybe gtx 900 series or lower, mine gtx 760 is sure)I've tried many and many times, a really big number of attempts, ant this is it:The rendering scale is the real problem.Another problem I've noticed is: if you have some rendering scale setted and you go on customization e select any pg, the settings of rendering scale will change to 100 or more (I think) and after that it's no more possibile to reset even if you change from the menus.

Looks like reeeeally strange.I don't think V-Sync is really important. It makes no differece. You can try these attempts fot testing (for those who have a nvidia card low than 900 ot 800 series). For those who have nvidia graphic card, you can try these options:.Everegreen suggests:-Screen mode: Window-Resolution: Use always 16:9 resolutions (1280x720 etc)-Dynamic adjustment always off (maybe changing parameters automatically during game is not a good idea)-If you go on customization in order to change something, remember to restart the game and not fighting immediatly after.-Play online or offline is the same. Playing with modes that can change stage and characters very often.-.make every attempt exept 6 on rendering scale 501.Try to put these settings on low firs time: Shadow settings, Texture quality, Effect quality, Post-processing quality. Antialiasing Off and keep playing.2. Try to play game with previously options on medium, and keep trying.3. Try to play game with options on High, o Ultra.4.

After that, try to figure it out how many minutes/hours you can play with each attempts.5. Put on low Anti-aliasing, Shadow settings, Texture quality, Effect quality, Post-processing quality.6. With all low settings, do many attempts with rendering scale of 5 more point on each try. (First play with 50, 55, 60. Until 200) and see how many minutes/hour you can stay with them.My attemps reporting these results:1. First attempt, seems no bug, keep playing for many hours, and don't get troubles:Rendering scale, 50Anti-aliasing, OffShadow settings, LowTexture quality, LowEffect quality, LowPost-processing quality, Low2. Second attempt, even with these settings seems to be no problems:Rendering scale, 50Anti-aliasing, LowShadow settings, HighTexture quality, HighEffect quality, HighPost-processing quality, High3.

Third attempt, even with these settings seems to be no problems:Rendering scale, 50Anti-aliasing, HighShadow settings, MediumTexture quality, MediumEffect quality, MediumPost-processing quality, Medium4. Fouth attempt, even with these settings seems to be no problems:Rendering scale, 50Anti-aliasing, HighShadow settings, HighTexture quality, HighEffect quality, HighPost-processing quality, HighThe following attempts are with all settings low and anti-aliasing off, playing around with rendering scale:1.

Rendering scale: 50 - really no problems2. Rendering scale: 60 - seems ok3. Rendering scale: 80 - no much to say4. Rendering scale: 100 - after about 3 hours starting to crashing5.

Rendering scale: 150-200 - after on hour or something, starting to crash. Thanks for your attention, I'll wait your attempt.
