Hey,from some unknown reason my desktop screen and taskbar began to constantly reload (I believe it's related to some list updates but I'm not sure), the only i way managed to work around is by closing in the windows Explorer process (I mean the Windows FileExplorer process in task manager).this is some of the solutions I found on the web which I tried and neither of them help me:1. Delete the IDT driver.2. Disable windows error reporting server.3. Rolling my PC back before the last update (the rolling back process was not successful because of 'unknown error').4. Reset my PC was not successful because of 'unknown error'.5. Updating my video card driver - I just want to mention that when I disable the video card driver it'sstops the relentless refresh - I'm not sure if it's related in any way.6. I also try to delete some cloud services like onedrive I don't have iCloud. If you wish to see my problem you can watch here:really appreciate your help I really don't know what to do and I'm feeling really frustrated. About rolling back your PC, what is the exact error message that you're getting? As for the updates, Are you able to install all of them succesfully?Yes.

Disabled the AV, uninstalled audio and display drivers, disabled all startup programs and services.still nothing.I tried the rollback feature and restored to Windows 7. Installed the Windows 10 upgrade again, and everything was working. Installed updates, programs ran fine. Good for this time, but that feature is reportedly leaving in a month or so.
