It's key action is the best I've come across. It sounds great too. It is one of the few true wavetable synthesizers. Along the lines of the PPG Wave. The sound quality is excellent and the effects are top notch. I also learned the history of this VFX from the person I bought it from in 2008.

He bought it from a music store in Spokane, Washington who had acquired it from an Ensoniq Product Specialist. I'm not sure if it was a demo unit for ensoniq back in the day or if it was used in a studio but either way, it is in very nice condition. This VFX also has the keyboard calibration fix.

Eventually stop working. I recently opened the unit up to check the soldering connections(they are all tight) and clean out the dust inside. So this keyboard is good to go. It includes power cable. Instruction manual, Ensoniq sustain pedal, soft case, and disk with Sequencer OS on it.

I bought the disk a few years ago from Syntaur.com for around $20. All in all, I think it might be hard to find a VFX-SD that's as complete and in good of condition as this one. A few knicks and scratches here and there but nothing major.
